Terms & Conditions: Absolute Escapes Loyalty Discount

Eligibility:

• Repeat bookers are entitled to a £50 discount on their next Absolute Escapes holiday.
• Only one £50 discount can be applied per booking. If two or more repeat clients travel together, the total discount remains £50.

Exclusions:

• Discounts cannot be applied after the final payment for your holiday has been made.
• Discounts are not valid for historical bookings (i.e. bookings made in the past).

Expiration:

• Your discount is valid until 31st December of the year you last travelled with us.
• For example, if your holiday was in June 2025, you have until 31st December 2025 to claim your discount.

How to Claim:

• To claim your discount, you can contact us via email, phone, or our enquiry form.
• You must make us aware that you are a repeat booker by providing your name and the date of your last holiday.
• You must contact us to start planning your next holiday by 31st December of the eligible year. Discounts cannot be applied after this date.

Ensuring Your Discount is Applied:

• If you do not identify yourself as a repeat booker at the time of enquiry, we will make every effort to verify your eligibility.
• However, certain situations may make it challenging to confirm your status (e.g. if you have changed your address, email, or are booking under a different lead client name).
• To avoid complications, please inform us that you are a repeat booker when enquiring.
